Our Products

Our frozen dough balls, gluten free pizza bases and flatbreads are all made using quality flours, artisan techniques and formulated to suit your desired product and process. We work closely with restaurants and food service companies to achieve the desired flavour, appearance and aroma, while taking account of handling and labour challenges.

Pizza Dough Balls

Craft Range
A “real workhorse” artisan dough. Multipurpose, ready to stretch and bake after defrosting and proofing – but can also be cold fermented for up to 48 hours. Suitable for all types of operations and ovens. Please contact us for doughball size, palletisation and cost.

Sourdough Style Range
Long fermented, made with premium flour, delivering aroma and flavour with a great crumb structure. Suitable for all ovens and operations and robust enough to use the street food and event catering.

Super Clean Label
Our latest pizza dough range utilising only natural ingredients and artisan fermentation methods. From value to high end bespoke solutions, super clean label offers a fantastic mix of quality, efficiency and value.

Gluten Free Pizza Bases

Thin and crispy, ready to top and bake from frozen, thus allowing waste control and the ability to cater for dietary needs. Our unique, bespoke formula with legendary reliability.

Pizza Bases and Flatbreads

Our range of par baked pizza bases and flatbreads allows reduced labour cost whilst not compromising on quality. Our sharing flatbreads are made with quality flours, exciting spice combinations and given time to rise slowly to release the aroma and flavour which results in a crispy and chewy crumb.
