The key to good pizza dough is the timely mixing of ingredients to perfectly capture the quality of fresh yeast and olive oil before the product is frozen.
Our customers know they can rely on us for quality and service, and once they have tried our dough balls, many chefs come directly to us when they start their own restaurants.
Manufactured in London, with distribution across the UK
We manufacture our products in SALSA accredited facilities in West London, supplying throughout the UK via our network of nationwide and regional distribution partners. Our in-house manufacturing operation produces many different types of frozen pizza doughballs, pizza bases, gluten free bases and flatbreads.
Innovation is our speciality, whether our customers need a new dough recipe or new product range, we work with the customer to provide a bespoke solution. Indeed, some of our customers have been with us for over 20 years which clearly demonstrates our high standards of service and quality.
Millennium Dough Company
During the recent pandemic, we refocused our strategy to concentrate on our core area of expertise, namely frozen dough and related products and creating NPD bespoke solutions. Consequently, our name has changed from Millennium Food Services to the Millennium Dough Company.
